These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Villa Rental Platform (referred to as the “Platform”) provided by us. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform

- Eligibility: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- User Account: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform, its servers, or networks.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users’ accounts.
- Engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Booking and Rental

- Availability and Pricing: The availability and pricing of villas listed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular villa or the accuracy of pricing information.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking request does not guarantee a reservation. The booking is considered confirmed only when it is accepted by the villa owner or their authorised representative. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of the villa owners or their representatives.
- Payment: You agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of booking, including any additional fees or charges. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from payment processing.
- Rental Terms: The rental of villas is subject to the terms and conditions set by the villa owner or their authorised representative. It is your responsibility to review and comply with these terms. Any disputes or issues related to the rental itself should be addressed immediately.
Intellectual Property

- Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability

- Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the rental of villas listed on the Platform.
Modifications and Termination

- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Platform, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
