Availability and Confirmation:

- All offers are subject to availability, and the final confirmation will be sent after advance payment.
- No booking is confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
- Upon receiving confirmation, we will block the property for 24 hours, allowing time for the advance payment to reach us.
- If payment is delayed for any reason, please reconfirm the availability with our manager.
Same Day Arrival:

- Check-in on the same day of arrival is subject to availability.
Advance Payment:

- A 50% advance payment of the total amount is required to confirm the booking.
- For peak dates and long weekends, 100% advance payment is required.
Government Taxes:

- All payments are subject to applicable government taxes.
Alternative Accommodation and Reservation Cancellation:

- If the originally booked property cannot be used for accommodating guests for any reason, we will provide an alternative place of the same or higher category or offer a full refund of the advance payment.
- Management reserves the right to cancel confirmed reservations at any time and for any reason, with the obligation only to refund any money received.
Check-in/Check-out:

- Every guest is required to provide a valid photo ID and fill in an arrival form/C-form upon check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of check-in with no refund provided.
- Standard checkout time is 12:00 noon, and check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Requests for early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed in advance unless reserved by payment.
- Please note that the balance payment should be made on arrival after checking the property and ensuring it corresponds to the received offer/pictures. Refusal or delay in making payment may result in refusal of check-in with no refund provided.
Damage Deposit:

- We charge a refundable damage deposit of a minimum of Rs 2,000 per guest occupying the villa and Rs 10,000 per pet (if allowed).
- The deposit will be returned during check-out if the property is found undamaged and not misused.
- Any damage discovered on arrival should be reported as soon as possible; otherwise, it will be considered as occurring during your stay.
Liability and Services:

- Management shall not be held liable for any accidents at the pool or for slips and falls during your stay.
- Diva Villas provides accommodation only, and additional services like food delivery, taxi services, and vehicle rentals are managed by third parties. Therefore, the management cannot be held responsible for the quality of their services.
- No outside guests are allowed without prior information. If found, extra charges will apply, and it may result in refusal to provide accommodation to the entire group with no refund provided.
During Your Stay:

- In the rare event of any issues arising due to mechanical or human errors, we assure you that we will resolve them as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the problem.
- Our air conditioning systems are regularly serviced and checked, but in case of unexpected failure, it may take 4 to 48 hours to rectify.
- Satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet services are provided by a third party. Any issues will be serviced within 24 hours and resolved as per their schedule.
- Major problems with water or electricity supply, taxi strikes, etc., are beyond our control as they depend on the government.
- Minor property issues can be addressed and resolved by the caretaker/manager on-site. If not, please contact our customer care executive at +91 9545100011.
- In the rare event of any issues arising due to mechanical or human errors, we assure you that we will resolve them as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the problem.
Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are required to observe and abide by all applicable acts, laws, and government rules in force.
Extra Guest Policy:

- The number of guests allowed to stay in the villa is specified in the booking confirmation.
- Any additional guests beyond the specified limit may be subject to extra charges.
- Prior information and approval are required for accommodating extra guests.
- If additional guests are found without prior information or approval, extra charges may apply, and it may result in refusal to provide accommodation to the entire group with no refund provided.
- Number of total guest shall not exceed max allowed and this might be a reason to reduce check in
Visitor Policy:

- Visitors are allowed to visit guests staying in the villa with prior information and approval from the management.
- Visitors staying for a duration of more than 5 hours per day may be subject to additional charges.
- The specific charges for extended visitor stays will be communicated by the management.
- Visitors must provide government issued ID and register at the book.
- The responsibility for the behaviour and actions of visitors lies with the guests they are visiting.
- Any damages or disruptions caused by visitors will be the responsibility of the guests they are visiting.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any visitor or ask them to leave the premises if they violate the villa’s rules, cause disturbances, or exceed the allowed visitation duration.
Making an advance payment toward your reservation means that all guests have read, understood, and agreed to the listed terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations.
