  • The villa rental process begins with browsing the available villas on our platform.
  • Once you find a villa you are interested in, you can submit a booking request.
  • We will review your request and confirm the availability and pricing as well if villa is matching your requirements.
  • If your booking request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and instructions for payment.
  • After completing the payment, your booking will be confirmed, and you can start preparing for your stay.

When making a booking, you will be required to provide your name, contact information, date of arrival, duration of stay, number of adults, number of kids above 7 years old and number of kids below 7 years. If you are not travelling as a family you will be asked if you are an all male group as some villas have restrictions of accommodating stags. Please inform us also if you are travelling with a pet or older people so we make sure selected property is suitable for your requirements.

Payments for villa rentals can be processed in 2 options

  1. we share bank account number and you do bank transfer
  2. we use  secure third-party payment gateways. 

You will receive instructions on how to make the payment after your booking request is confirmed. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment options.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific terms and dates. Standard cancellation policy as 30 days, which means then you can cancel with no charge 31 days prior to your arrival date. Prime dates and long holidays are non refundable.  It is important to review the cancellation policy before making a booking. If you need to cancel, you should notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility and any applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the situation.

The amenities and services provided with a villa rental can vary depending on the specific property. Common amenities may include bedrooms, bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, private pools, gardens, and Wi-Fi. Additional services such as housekeeping, chef services, or transportation may also be available. The details of amenities and services will be specified in the villa listing.

There is a refundable damage deposit which varies depending on the poetry from 10000 to 75000 per stay. This deposit can be paid by cash on arrival and refunded on departure by cash if there is no damage made during your stay.

If you encounter any issues or have concerns during your villa rental, you should contact us as soon as possible. We will be  addressing and resolving any problems that may arise. It is recommended to keep all communication regarding such matters documented for reference.
